When we are caught in the shadows of grief over the loss of a loved one, especially those who may have taken their own lives, we can feel isolated and alone. Who will understand? With whom can I entrust my sorrows, unanswered questions and regrets? This retreat day will offer an opportunity for any who are experiencing such loss and unresolved grief to join with an experienced presenter and guide, Fr. Padraig, for reflection, prayer and journaling. The day begins at 10 a.m., includes lunch and will close at 4:45 p.m. Eucharist will follow at 5 p.m. and all are welcome.
